According to the Colombian, in Ukraine there are paramilitary gangs that have been harassing anyone who has a separatist ideology and said:
“You feel unsettled. The local militia has tried to get rid of the paramilitary gangs that have besieged us for eight years, but it has still not been achieved. All day I have heard loud explosions. Someone called me and told me that the closest one exploded five kilometers near my house. That makes one a little nervous. We have been without water for almost 10 days, three quarters of the city“.
In addition, Luis Fernando Muñoz denied that there are civilian victims in the conflict that has plagued Ukraine for almost eight days.
“Putin is not doing that (killing civilians). He is only killing military targets. That is disinformation. I have seen 20 fakes that come out every day“, pointed out Muñoz, who denied the versions of journalists in the war zone. “That’s not an invasion, it’s a special military operation“, he added.

In the middle of the dialogue with Blu Radio, the Colombian questioned the origin of President Volodímir Zelensky, and assured that he is a weak and fearful man with the radical extremists of the extreme right.
The Colombian resident expressed that what they are experiencing in Ukraine is difficult to digest and has surreal overtones. According to his version, of 150,000 soldiers, some 40,000 or 60,000 are paramilitaries.
“Nobody believes in what happens because it is totally surrealism. There are people here who say that Zelensky’s grandfather rolls over in his grave to see what his grandson does. President Zelensky is afraid of the neo-Nazi paramilitaries and that is why he does what he does. The Ukrainians are not fascists, in any way, because it is only that 2% that did not even get to pass in the elections that dominate. They are radicalsMunoz explained.
In the interview, the Colombian also questioned the way in which the world’s media is reporting on Ukraine, since he considers that only the United States’ narrative is being followed.
“They are uninformed by the White House narrative. I am pro-Russian, why? Because I have been suffering this war here for eight years. They can’t imagine, I don’t want anyone to imagine it, although in Colombia there are many localities that suffered for 52 years from the war that seems to have no end. In eight years we had the misfortune of going back in time, because the economy collapsed. My nephew was killed by a bomb. There were more than 200 minors murdered, what are we talking about, that in Ukraine they are killing civilians, they are the same paramilitaries and President Zelensky has just given 52,000 rifles to people in the street and freed prisoners who were convicted of crimes against humanity“, maintained, Luis Hernando Muñoz.

After the tense situation in Ukraine, Muñoz said he was a little nervous about what is happening, and that they have been without water for 10 days, since three quarters of the city where he is located do not have it, neither cold nor hot. .
It should be noted that in the end, the interview became a bit tense because the Colombian said he was pro-Russian and had lived through the consequences of the internal war because one of his nephews died, and furthermore, he claimed to have lost his capital due to the conflict.
