Colombia women’s team: the protest before the start of the Copa América

In a statement sent to the media, Dimayor announced that it appointed the representatives of professional soccer in the Executive Committee of the Colombian Soccer Federation to “organize and carry out a women’s competition for the second semester of 2022, considering the elements discussed in the meeting”.

The Women’s League came from an important advance

The protest spread to the field of the Pascual Guerrero stadium, before the match against Paraguay. During the Colombian national anthem, the players extended their arms upwards, just as they had done in the video they uploaded to their networks.
