According to the criteria of
The Colombian Football Federation and the operator Tuboleta determined that this Thursday there would be two pre-sale cycles only for clients of Bancolombia, which is one of the sponsors of the National Team.
However, dozens of users complained that even minutes before the two stages began, one at 8 a.m. and the other at 10 a.m., there were already virtual queues that lasted several hours.
Just minutes after the process opened, the available tickets were already sold out. The last stage, for the general public, will take place this Friday, starting at 8 a.m.

The background of the SIC sanction to the FCF for resale
Social media did not overlook what happened in the qualifying round for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, where tickets for the match between Colombia and Brazil also sold out in minutes and the vast majority ended up being resold.
This led to an investigation in which the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce finally sanctioned the Federation with a fine of 16 billion pesos. There was also a penalty for the operator at the time, Ticket Shop, which had to pay 1.297 billion.
