We are already at Christmas and Peruvians usually celebrate these dates with large dinners and parties, and many gifts are the order of the day. But for almost two years, the end of the year parties cannot be celebrated in a massive way, since the pandemic of the COVID-19 it is still active so the government has imposed restrictions that are necessary for the majority of people to remain healthy.
One of those restrictions is the curfew time for this Christmas which will be from 11.00 pm to 4.00 am. m, that’s why we will have to stay at home for a long time at night and what better than to kill time with a good series alone or in family after the respective meals. Here we have 7 proposals of various kinds to entertain us.
1. Emily in Paris (Netflix – 2 seasons)
Emily (Lily Collins) is a young woman who works as a marketing executive in a company that has just merged with a luxury firm in Chicago. When she is invited to handle social media strategies in Paris, of course, she accepts without thinking, and in the City of Lights she will not only enrich her work experience, but also her personal life with new friends and, of course, romance.
2. Hawkeye (Disney + – 1 season)
This Marvel series focuses on the story of superhero Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) who is in New York with his children after the events of Avengers: Endgame, just after the tragic Lapse. Now as a former Avenger he finds himself on a simple mission: to reunite with his family for Christmas.
But it won’t be that easy when someone from Barton’s past threatens to spoil much more than the holiday spirit. Barton will not find himself alone as he will have the help of Kate Bishop, a 22-year-old archer who dreams of one day becoming the superhero she has always dreamed of becoming.

3. Game of Thrones (HBO Max – 8 seasons)
A devastating civil war ensued on the continent of Westeros, ousting the Targaryens from the throne and making Robert Baratheon (Mark Addy) king of the Seven Kingdoms. After Baratheon’s death, various noble families fight for the power of the Iron Throne of the territory. Viserys (Harry Lloyd), first, and then his sister Daenerys (Emilia Clarke), both of the Targaryen house and sons of King Aerys II (David Rintoul), claim the usurped throne in the midst of a warlike conflict called the War of the Five Kings.
4. Lupine (Netflix – 2 seasons)
Inspired by the adventures of Arsène Lupine, the white-collar thief Assane Diop sets out to avenge the injustice suffered by his father at the hands of a wealthy family. Its success lies in the tremendously charismatic leading actor such as the French Omar sy, Parisian locations and a fast pace of chapters that makes the viewer not bored.
5. Ted Lasso (Apple + – 2 seasons)
Ted Lasso is not just any football coach, in fact he is a football manager coaching an English football team. The series revolves around the character of Ted (Jason Sudeikis), who served as a football coach in the United States. Beyond his technical skills, his fame is due to a video that went viral and in which the coach is seen doing a very particular celebration dance. While in England, Rebecca is the new president of the Premier League club Richmond and fixes on Ted as the coach for her football team.

6. Mare of Easttown (HBO Max – 1 season)
For many the best miniseries of 2021. Starring and produced by the always brilliant Kate winslet in the role of Mary Sheehan, a woman over 40 years old. Mare of Easttown tells the story of a detective, named Mare Sheehan, from a small town in Pennsylvania where she begins to investigate a crime, just as her personal life and everything around her begins to unravel little by little.
7. The time I give you (Netflix – 1 season)
The interesting thing about this new series in its temporal and narrative approach. Throughout ten episodes, he recounts the relationship between Lina (Nadia de Santiago) and Nico (Álvaro Cervantes), their breakup and her overcoming that point and end to a love born during a summer. A really interesting writing and editing exercise that works to tell something that has already been told many times before.
