Rayados de Monterrey beat Chivas with a goal from another game. Right hand to the Villareal angle that Gudiño barely saw in passing and the game was over. The regios were widely superior, they had some clear thanks to the clarity of Maxi Meza, of Chivas little or nothing, a couple of isolated actions and they reach two games without a goal.
El Rebaño Sagrado held their match against Rayados in San Antonio and there were some changes that were not expected. Raúl Gudiño was the undisputed goalkeeper, while Andrada made his debut with the Rayados, one team put his substitute and the other put his star in the cabin.
Until minute 25 ‘Maxi Meza and Molina for Chivas were the ones who had knocked on the door, but the Argentine’s was stopped by Gudiño, while Molina’s crashed on the post, but a foul was scored on Andrada.
Beyond football aspects, what attracted the most attention was the show of Javier Aguirre who was angry with the referee, for two yellow cards that his players took out. Aguirre went for the easy one, his Rayados could not find the enemy goal and the ‘Vasco’ chose to fight with the whistler.
In the final part of the first half, the striped box looked better with the combinations between Ángel Zapata, the ‘Plátano’ Alvarado and Maxi Meza, the regios were better, but they could not kill the rhythm of Chivas. The tapatíos held the first half without receiving punishment, but accumulated their third time without a goal.
For the complement, Luis Alejandro Olivas came out, to give him access to ‘Chiquete’ Orozco, in addition Carlos Cisneros and ‘Chelo’ Zaldívar entered seeking to harm Andrada.
For their part, with the Rayados the most significant change was in the shirt, as they played the second half with the alternative uniform.
The goal was from Sergio Villareal, at 56 ‘he took a rebound outside the area, Molina did not hinder him and hit him with fury with his right leg and a great goal, a goal from Villareal. Gudiño didn’t even jump for that ball.
The flock sent Ponce, ‘Chapo’ and Oribe Peralta to the field, two fixed nines and Cristian Pinzón behind and the equal goal did not fall.
The reality is that Oribe Peralta is not there to be a substitute for Pinzón, who came to Chivas without even making his debut in MLS, Peralta’s is extreme, the lowest hours of a national idol, who no longer competes at a professional level.
Chivas does not raise two games in the preseason against better-armed rivals and two owners without goals, without clear actions, there is no clarity in front and JJ Macías looking for a house south of Madrid.
