Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- A business dedicated to the sale of chicken and roast meat located in the Lomas del Ébano neighborhood in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, suffered a fire Sunday morning, leaving material damage valued at thousands of pesos.
The report that was given at approximately 11:00 a.m. mentioned that on Manuel J. Clouthier Avenue, next to a clinic, an establishment selling roasted chicken and roasted meat had reported a fire inside, so they asked the bodies of emergency to come to the scene, especially the fire extinguishers.
Elements of the Mazatlán Fire Department and Veterans attended the site, as well as Municipal Civil Protection personnel to try to control the situation.
When the emergency bodies arrived they realized that the situation was due to a accumulation of grease and lack of maintenance in placewhich caused the fire to spread to some dry branches of a tree, caused panic among the residents of the place.
After controlling the situation, the Civil Protection personnel were in charge of carrying out an inspection and realized that the ducts for smoke to escape were dirty and full of grease so they made the recommendation to carry out the maintenance and also told them that the sale of the day would be suspended.

Likewise, they verified the corresponding permits and security measures and after not keeping them up to date, they mentioned that the partial closure of said establishment could take place.
