Arghya will be given to Asthagalami Sun today
Arghya will be offered to Asthachalagami Surya on the third day of the four-day Chhath Vrat. Special guidelines regarding Chhath festival
The Bihar Government has issued special guidelines regarding Chhath Puja 2020. In this, people have been advised that instead of performing Chhath Puja on rivers and ponds, they should offer arghya only at homes. This time on the occasion of Chhath neither a fair will be held, nor will Jagran and cultural programs be organized. The use of masks and social distancing should be observed during the organizing of Chhath Mahaparva on small ponds in rural and urban areas.
Chhath festival started on Wednesday
