In one of the apartments of a house in Obukhov near Moscow, the ceiling collapsed due to snow that was not removed from the roof by public utilities, the newspaper writes. Mash.
According to the victims, employees of the management company (MC) ignored the requests of residents to clean the roof for more than a week. On January 23, residents of the house noticed that the roof began to leak. A few days later, an inspector came to fix the problem and draw up a report, but the cleanup work still hadn’t been done.
Nevertheless, the cleaning was appointed, but the day before the deadline, the ceiling could not stand it, and the roof fell right into the apartment on the top floor. At that moment there were no people in the room, in connection with which it was possible to avoid human casualties. Now people blame the UK, noting that such a problem could have been avoided if the snow had been removed on time.
Earlier, a Russian woman complained about the public utilities who broke through the roof.
