The Secretary of Health of Mexico City, Oliva López Arellano, reported that in the country’s capital, immunization against coronavirus continues to advance among the population 18 years of age and older, with which a coverage of 85 percent has been achieved, in that sector, with at least one dose.
In that sense, Lopez Arellano revealed that 46 percent of the population over 18 years of age have complete vaccination schedules, which has undoubtedly helped reduce deaths from covid-19.
In an interview with Azucena Uresti to Formula Radio, highlighted the importance of vaccination, since 80 percent of the people hospitalized in the city had not applied the anticovid dose.
“Right now, the most important thing for the Mexico City it is the vaccination against covid-19, “he said.
