The real estate assets of Raffaella Carrà ends up on the market again. After the sale of the luxury Roman apartment in the prestigious Vigna Clara neighborhood, another property of the “TV queen” was identified in the window of a real estate brokerage site.
This time it is the villa located in Argentario, the place of the presenter’s summer holidays, that ends up in negotiation. The announcement appeared on the website Lionard Luxury Real Estate.
The villa, nestled among the rocks of the Monte Argentario with breathtaking sea views, it was put up for sale just a few days ago. The exact amount was not disclosed, but it is estimated to be worth no less than two million euros. This figure is not excessively high if you take into account the prestigious location and the large spaces available. The property, in fact, extends over 1,160 m2 of internal spaces and over 5.75 hectares of parkland including panoramic terraces, olive groves, vineyards and even a private heliport.
The main villa is on three levels, with a surface area of 716 m2, and offers a living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with pantry, seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a relaxation room, a gym with a large panoramic window overlooking the sea and two cellars. The structure is made of local materials such as stone, mortar, plaster and iron, and was conceived by the artist Giò Pomodoro as a work of optical-sculptural art, making it one of a kind.
The other two structures, functioning as annexes, each measure 236 m2 and have various rooms and services, ideal for hosting friends and visitors during holiday periods.
