Organic reform of the provisions relating to capital markets
Green light from the Chamber to the capital bill, containing interventions to support the competitiveness of capital and delegation to the Government for the organic reform of the provisions relating to capital markets and the provisions relating to capital companies contained in the civil code also applicable to issuers.
The votes in favor are 135, only 1 vote against and 92 abstentions (opposition forces). The measure, already approved at first reading by the Senate, returns for the third and final reading at Palazzo Madama, as a change was made to the text during the examination in the Chamber.
The oppositions (Pd, M5s, Iv, Verdi and Action) abstained in the Chamber vote on the Capital bill. The total number of abstentions was 92 to 135 yes and one no vote.
