According to the latest tip from well-known insider and journalist Tom Henderson, Snoop Dogg will be next operator coming up on Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone. Exactly, the famous rapper and record producer. And no, apparently it’s not a joke.
As usual, the indiscretion was shared by Hendersone on his Twitter profile with a very short message, in which he states precisely that Snoop Dogg could be the next operator of Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone.
There is nothing official about it, so take this indiscretion with a grain of salt as usual. However, Tom Henderson has proven to be a very reliable source in the past, and to think of this collaboration, however extravagant, is not that impossible.
Indeed, Snoop Dogg in the past partnered with Activision Blizzard and by his own admission he is a huge fan of the shooter series. In 2014, the rapper became the official commentator of Call of Duty: Ghost’s multiplayer modes in the form of paid DLC. Therefore a new partnership cannot be ruled out a priori. And let’s face it, after Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone’s sensational crossover with Attack of the Giants, we can really expect anything.
Meanwhile, Activision developers have admitted that Warzone is currently in a dire state, promising patches to fix the issues ahead of the launch of Call of Duty: Warzone 2, scheduled for 2022.
