Los Mochis, Sinaloa. About half a dozen radio operators from the Center for Communication, Computing, Control and Command (C4), demonstrated peacefully outside the building, located in the vicinity of the Scally sector, to demand a homologation in the salary at the national levelas well as obtaining rights that they lack, including access to housing.
Initially, the annoyance of the emergency service workers was due to the announcement in previous days issued by the state governor, Rubén Rocha Moya, who would have indicated that they enjoyed a salary of 8 thousand pesos per month and that they were granted a salary increase of 25%, which would result in a salary of 10 thousand pesos per month.
However, upset they explained that this is not correct, since they receive a salary of only 3 thousand pesos fortnightly and have about 15 years without receiving a raise. salary.
“We did not win 8 thousand, we won 6 thousand, here is the heel. And the governor said that we were between 300 and 400 workers and it is not true, we are around 110 in the entire state; then, perhaps the governor is being given the wrong information,” commented one of the protesters.
In addition, they expressed that the only benefit they have is the medical service in the Issste, but not access to housing or loans.
They also added that they obtained a supposed increase of one thousand pesos per month; however, this is not reflected in the payroll, but rather comes through a bonus, which does not reach all workers and that it is even the case that they are removed or even discounted in later fortnights.
In addition to this, they indicated that they fear possible reprisals, among which is that they be sent to Control y Confianza, in Culiacán, where they have to go for two days and by their own means, since they do not have per diems either. .
