The transfer of ownership of the Championship club to the former Argentine striker and Paul Richardson, businessman who owns the clothing brand Hera Clothing and was former director of Gymshark, took place with an overtaking in extremis on Laurence Bassini, former owner of Watford, at which had been given a deadline of 1 July to close the operation.
