Air of revolution in the house Bungie, with the departure of two other key figures in the company. Ben Lewis, the director of communications, announced his departure, followed by Jaremy Rich, the Managing Director of Revenue and Product Management, who was hired directly by SIE to take care of its games live service. Rich had been at Bungie for seven and a half years, while Lewis joined the company in 2022.
Both announced their departure from the company via X, Lewis with a more concise message in which he declared that he will miss working with the Bungie team and that he is proud of the results obtained within the studio.
Rich of his own he spent a few more words, talking about his hiring at Sony Interactive Entertainment and his new role, which will allow him to continue working with many of his old colleagues.
Many saw Rich's move as a strategic move made by Sony to start taking more control of Bungie, after the results problems that emerged in recent months.
