The British Grand Prix weekend did not start in the best possible way, at least from the point of view of the results on the track, for Peter AcostaThe Spanish wonder rookie, who before the summer break was coming off a seventh place at the Sachsenring, was in fact unable to obtain one of the ten best times in the pre-qualifying sessions, thus missing direct access to Q2.
The KTM-Gas Gas standard bearer will therefore have to pass through difficult ‘cut’ of Q1with only two spots available and competition that will be fierce as always. Speaking at the end of Friday’s round, however, Acosta appeared quite optimistic about the outlook of his weekend and the sensations he experienced on his RC16.
