With the impasse in the approval of the Proposal to Amend the Constitution (PEC) of the Precatório, it is possible that the federal government pays the first month of Auxílio Brasil retroactively.
The Ministry of Citizenship informed that the government intends to fulfill its promise to pay the R$ 400 referring to November, the date scheduled for the start of the new program. However, until the approval of the PEC, the progress of the payment may be delayed, foreseeing to start only in December.
“With the approval of the PEC of the precatório, it will be possible to pay the R$ 400 in December, and the government will pay it retroactively (that referring to November)”, said the folder, according to the portal Uol.
