UPDATE/with videoDesi Bouterse is currently refusing to serve his sentence for the December murders. The Surinamese former president should have reported to the Santo Boma prison at 1 p.m. Dutch time, for 20 years in prison. He has not appeared and his wife says she does not know where he is. His lawyer says he is going to get him now.
