A truly terrible situation
The bombing of Russia does not stop: several have also fallen bombs on the Kharkiv zoo in Ukraine, causing the death and injury of many specimens housed within the structure, built a long time ago. According to the zoo staff, others animals would have run away afraid of noise, explosions and fire.
The BBC is reporting the drama of the Feldman Ecopark, the Kharkiv Zoo which stands on a 354 acre plot and housed about 2,000 animals. Zoo director Vitaly Ilchenko said it took 10 years to build and just one day to completely raze it to the ground.
The day before the destruction, the zoo posted a video of a monkey on Facebook who was delighted with his meal. While the day after the announcement that no one would ever want to read: the structure had been hit by five Russian missiles.
In the previous days he had been attacked and some animals had escaped, such as a 7-month-old lion cub who had found refuge on a farm.
Unfortunately, after the bombing, some of the glass that closed the enclosures of primates and small predators was damaged and the frightened animals began to come out of the enclosures. Monkeys, porcupines and raccoons have been returned, but a couple of red wolves have left the facility. We tried to lure them into a lure. Don’t be afraid of the wolf! These are animals as large as a fox, they are not a danger to humans. Animals are frightened and have great mobility.

In addition to the escaped animals, others have been released, such as deer and moose, so that they can protect themselves. While unfortunately some examples are many. In the meantime, a small kiang has also been born.
We knew the female was pregnant, but no one expected it today. Both mom and baby are fine. She did it all by herself, when the employees went to bring the food, the little one was already standing next to the mother.
