There are a lot of rumors about Bloodborne 2.
We have repeatedly addressed the topic, on how the rumors about a possible Bloodborne remastered for PlayStation 5 or even a sequel, were chasing each other to arrive all on the same goal.
We started with the tweets of Sloth Mom / Casey Explosion, which claimed to have information that Bloodborne Remastered would be announced during a PS5 event, passing through that of Wario64, wink at how you could play Bloodborne on PC via PS Now or possibly still have a little patience, until Kinda Funny’s Imran Khan, stating that FromSoftware fans would be very happy over the next couple of years.
We arrive at the last tweet, that of the podcaster Colin Moriarty, with that “I have heard that Bluepoint Games may be on their way to Yharnam“. The same Colin, has further confirmations:
“They are re-releasing Bloodborne on PS5, as I understand it, but we will have a Bloodborne sequel, as I have heard, from them later“.
That “they” is understood as Bluepoint, recently acquired by PlayStation Studio and in the limelight thanks to the latest work on Demon’s Souls. Bloodborne Remastered it is one of those things that seems obvious, as mentioned has been rumored for years and probably serves as the air, especially to have the granite 60fps in every situation. What is striking is Bloodborne 2: with Elden Ring now completed, work on the next project has at least begun. But the rumors are starting to be way too many to ignore.
