Filming began on Black Panther: Wakanda forever a week ago, as confirmed by Kevin Feige during a Black Widow-related event.
The production team is working, this time without the presence of Chadwick Boseman, and rumors about the plot of the film point to the appearance of Namor.
This appearance would have been confirmed thanks to the portal Production Weekly, who revealed important parts of the movie. The information explains the similarities that exist between Wakanda and Atlantis.
Both are civilizations with advanced technology, but they are hidden from other nations for safety. In addition, they indicate that there will be a dispute between the two nations.
Namor would also appear, and would be shown traveling to Antarctica to search for vibranium, the metal for which Wakanda is a country with great technological advancement.
One of the actors who are voiced to give life to the prince of Atlantins is Tenoch Huerta, although Marvel Studios has not yet confirmed anything about it.
Who is Namor?
Created by Bill Everett, Namor made his official debut in Marvel Comics # 1 in 1939. The ‘Avenging Son of Atlantis’ is the offspring of a terrestrial being and an aquatic mother, endowed with superhuman strength and the power to fly.
When is Black Panther: Wakanda forever released?
The continuation of Black Panther is expected to hit theaters on July 8, 2022. With this, it would be released two months after its original date scheduled for May 6. Likewise, Variety confirmed that his arrival will also be through Disney Plus.
