The Tirana Prosecutor's Office, on 05.09.2022, sent the order for the execution of the criminal decision of 02.23 .2022, which punishes this citizen with 2 years and 6 months in prison for the crime of fraud. This citizen, in 2019, fraudulently purchased 17 tourist tickets to Germany, for which he did not make the corresponding payments.
All the material collected will now be transmitted to the Albanian Public Prosecutor's Office, in particular at the Court of First Instance of Tirana. This will take care of the necessary procedures.
