Biathlon Olli Hiidensalo’s brilliant shooting brought him 11th place in the Hochfilzen World Cup

Tero Seppälä was 29th.

Olli Hiidensalo placed 11th in the 10 km sprint World Cup in Hochfilzen, Austria.

Hiidensalo, who cleared both shooting ranges, was 42.2 seconds behind.

The competition was won by Germany Johannes Kühn before Sweden Martin Ponsiluomaa and Belarus Anton Smolskia.

Tero Seppälä was 29th in the race and he too survived the 60 best 12.5km chase to race on Saturday.

Joni Mustonen was 82nd in the sprint and Tuomas Harjula 96: s.

The women’s 7.5-kilometer special trip starts today at 3.15 pm Finnish time.
