Better relaxed
Actress Amy Schumer values pleasant film roles without great mental and physical stress. “For my part, I’d rather have a good time,” said the forty-year-old of the “Augsburger Allgemeine” on Saturday. She prefers to make “a film that people enjoy and that doesn’t require any heavy psychological sacrifices from me”. “Some colleagues think, ‘I’ve been shooting in the Finnish forests for two years and I’ll get the Oscar for that,'” said the Emmy-winning actress. Although she likes to watch such films, she suffers with her colleagues: “I think to myself when I see something like this: ‘It must have been annoying to play that. Luckily I was spared that.’” The New Yorker also likes to have a good time in her private life. She loves “visiting wineries in Europe,” according to the comedy star. “In the US, it’s like Disneyland. You can shell out $20 just so you can smell a glass of Merlot,” she said. “And in Europe you are treated like family. They even invite you to lunch with the owners.” (AFP)
