Choosing which university to attend is always a long process for students all over the world. Several factors must be taken into account and, to help with this task, Quacquarelli Symonds, from the United Kingdom, has released the 2022 version of its ranking of universities.

The list considers six factors to establish outstanding institutions. They are: academic reputation, reputation with employers, ratio between the number of students and professors, citations per professor, proportion of foreign professors and foreign students.
The institution also offers listings for MBA programs, for example, or even filtering by area, such as Social Sciences. In Brazil, the first place on the list is the University of São Paulo (USP), in 121st position. See the full list on here.
