The head of the Investigative Committee Bastrykin ordered to open a case against the Volgograd resident who threw a ridge on May 9
The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia (ICR), Alexander Bastrykin, ordered to open a criminal case against a Volgograd resident who threw a zig during the festive events in honor of May 9. About it reports “Kommersant”.
“A. I. Bastrykin instructed the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Volgograd Region, V.I. Semenov, to initiate a criminal case on this fact and submit a report on the established circumstances,” stated the Investigative Committee.
A video has appeared online of a man marching with his arm raised in a Nazi salute while a crowd of local residents listens to a song about Victory Day. Later, the Volgograd resident recorded an apology video, where he asked to be forgiven for his “antics.”
Previously, in the Nizhny Novgorod region, a sixteen-year-old teenager forced fifth-graders to chant Nazi slogans. The incident occurred in one of the schools in Kstovo. A tenth-grader introduced himself as Adolf Hitler, demanding that children greet him with a “raise of hands.” The teacher noticed what was happening, after which she contacted the director, who, in turn, reported the incident to the police.
