Publisher Infold Games and development studio TipsWorks have released a 14 minute gameplay video of the free-to-play dark fantasy action RPG Ballad of Antaraannounced months ago as a PlayStation 5 exclusive. In reality it is not, as confirmed by the same publisher who also announced the PC, iOS and Android versions, to the delight of those who want to play it with a different system. No word, however, on potential Xbox and Nintendo Switch versions.
A world to discover
The video Ballad of Antara in action, with several fights and exploration phases. There is also no shortage of dialogues that allow us to better look at the characters, as well as some creatures, one of which is truly enormous, which help us to better understand the scope of the game, otherwise apparently within the canons of the genre it belongs to.
Ballad of Antara tells of a distant land, where a terrible fog devastates the entire world with a violence previously unknown. The player, in the role of an Emissary, must therefore set off on a journey into the unknown, in search of creatures of divine nature and the essences of the land, now corrupted by evil.
All of this will result in a game full of unique classes to developwhich will experience intriguing and mysterious stories and which will take us to visit the Para, an otherworldly dimension where danger lurks around every corner and where the truth about what happened in our world lies.
For the rest, we remind you that Ballad of Antara should be released during 2025, on a date yet to be determined. Despite being present at the Tokyo Game Show 2024, the publisher has not revealed the official release date.
