The video game series by Fallout has regained great popularity following the launch of the official TV series produced by Amazon, which we have also reviewed for you. Bethesda’s narrative universe is structured along a path dotted with different stages: the first of these stages sees a completely different style of play and approach from what we can see in the more recent chapters of the saga.
The first and second chapters of the saga they are to all intents and purposes two “separate” games compared to the third and fourth chapter of the series, both in terms of structure and gameplay.
For this reason, many fans expected the announcement of a modernized version of these two adventures: Unfortunately, this announcement is not destined to arrive.
As reported by the newspaper VideoGamesChronicle, Todd Howard has recently released statements regarding these insistent rumors, let’s read them together:
“Look, I like the question [in merito ad una riproposizione dei due giochi] and I agree with a lot of what you said, but the main priority for us is to make sure they are available. So onto the PC Obviously [assicurandosi] that they’re there for people to go and play, and making sure they work well.
As for the rest of it, we’ve talked about it, but our priorities in terms of ‘hey, let’s go do the development work and make certain things work,’ have not been in those areas. So, again, the priority is ‘hey, people can load it up and play it.’
It therefore continues to be available a PC version of the gamesbut no new launches appear to be planned in this regard.
