Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- A australian flag plane with a Costa Rica-Los Angeles route had to make an emergency landing at Los Mochis Airport apparently due to a mechanical failure. At this time technicians arrived from Mexico City to fix it.
The aircraft is registration number N961UW, with a route from San José de Costa Rica to Los Angeles, California.
According to the photographs that have been taken, it is an Embraer E190AR, model AD61B4. It is located in one of the spaces reserved at the airport for this type of situation. The technicians have arrived.
At the moment the airport authorities have not provided information, but apparently it arrived without passengers.

One of the guards reported that the crew only came down with the emergency code. They said “mayday mayday mayday”.
