Audi continues to develop the new e-tron Sportback. The same car manufacturer with the four rings has released some official images depicting a prototype of the new electric being tested in the snow and at low temperatures: this is the first time that Audi shows its next battery-powered SUV through official teasers. Despite the camouflage livery partially camouflage the front and rear of the new e-tron Sportback, some distinctive design elements can be identified.
Let’s think for example of the luminous signature, distinguished by Matrix LED headlights at the front and full LED taillights, or the new Singleframe grille, mostly covered, the fake air intakes, and the trim elements on the rear bumper. The speech related to the mirrors is interesting: on the prototype tested by Audi in the snow, traditional normal units appear, and not the most modern video cameras already available as an option on the current e-tron and e-tron Sportback. The aesthetic changes should also extend to the design of the wheels, as well as a wider range of shades available for the exterior livery. The innovations will also extend into the cockpit, while there are still several unknowns around the engine and battery specifications: according to the latest rumors, the top of the range of the new e-tron Sportback will be powered by a new battery pack that will guarantee 600 km of autonomy, a substantial increase compared to the 400 km of the current model.
