The reference to the spin-off series of Shin Megami Tensei, Devil Summonerwhose last chapter “Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers”Came out on SEGA Saturn in 1997, PlayStation in 1999, and was revived on Nintendo 3DS in 2012, it seems quite evident.
As soon as you enter the site, you are greeted with the following message in English, reported by the official Twitter account of this mysterious project, also launched in the past few hours:

Putting aside the 3DS port, the Devil Summonercreated in 1995, has not received an official sequel for 24 years now, so the excitement of fans in front of this news seems more than understandable.
