Asus unveiled a range of innovative screens at this year's CES, including a face-worn device. This device, called AirVision M1, consists of a pair of glasses that incorporate a display that projects the contents of a connected device, such as a phone or computer. The glasses feature a 1080p Micro OLED display that offers a 57-degree field of view, thus creating a large screen in front of your eyes. The AirVision M1 might look familiar, as it resembles an Apple product in several ways: the Apple Vision Pro, due out this year.
Additionally, TCL makes similar devices, such as the NXTWear S and the newer S Plus. Like the NXTWear, Asus' glasses also come with built-in speakers and use a wired connection to stream content to the screen via DisplayPort. However, the AirVision introduces some interesting new features, such as a built-in touchpad on the left side for adjusting the display and the ability to fix the virtual screen in a specific position. Asus has not yet announced the pricing or availability of the AirVision. However, considering that TCL's glasses cost $399, you might expect a similar price for the AirVision.
