The phenomenon of “Asu mare!” does not stop. After the three successful films with Carlos Alcántara, Tondero is preparing a fourth installment without the actor as the protagonist. Now more than one wonders who was chosen to take the baton.
The producer announced that the leading role will fall to Andrés Salas (Jaime Culicich), Franco Cabrera (‘Lechuga’) and Miguel Vergara (‘El chato’). However, there will be a new character who promises to be key to the plot, but there are no further details about it yet.
“Always letting out that child what is inside each one, thanks Franco Cabrera, Andres Salas and Miguel Vergara. Will they soon know who the new character is? Thank you @…………o”, Alcántara shared on his social networks, revealing the last letter of the new member’s name.
After this, there were fans who asked for the return of ‘Tarrón’, played by Ricardo Mendoza. “I was going to be the protagonist, but, due to recent events, they have made them want to do without me and logically I of them,” said the member of “Speaking lame” about their separation.
What will “Asu mare 4!” be about?
The film is a spin-off and not a sequel. For this reason, it will not relate the life of ‘Cachín’ or his experiences with his mother, but will focus on his friends whom we met in previous installments.
When it premieres?
It should be noted that the shooting of the film began on September 11, so there is no chosen release date. It will most likely hit theaters in mid-2023.
