The Local Police of Santander has 36-year-old man arrested for allegedly attacking his mother 61 after an argument at the family home.
The aggressor was arrested this Tuesday, around 5:00 p.m., on Camilo Alonso Vega Street, and judicial proceedings have been initiated against him for an alleged domestic violence crime. From that moment on, the victim was assisted by agents belonging to the Victim Protection Unit (OPROVIC) of the Santander Local Police.
MUTUAL AGGRESSION
On the other hand, at 1:00 a.m. this Wednesday, in Bajada de Polio, local police identified a 46-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman who stated that they had mutually attacked after having an argument at the home they share.
The corresponding judicial proceedings have been initiated and both parties have been summoned for trial immediately for a minor crime.
