L’Milanese summer of‘Armani / Bamboo Bar lights up in the name of wine rose.
The dream of a midsummer night in Milanese sauce gives a delicate and refined menu, which offers a section dedicated to seafood specialties (from the sea bass to the tuna, passing through Red shrimp is salmon, Without to forget oysters is caviar) and offers proposals in the name of Italian style curated by chef Francesco Mascheroni, with his touch capable of mixing tradition and modernity.
All in a magical and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Milan, a stone’s throw from the Duomo – which can be admired from the windows on the seventh floor of theArmani / Hotel in via Manzoni – and from the historic center, but at the same time light years away from the frenzy of Milanese everyday life.

Armani Bamboo Bar Milano: new menu and special rosé selection
The panoramic seventh floor of the Armani / Hotel Milano, Armani / Bamboo Bar becomes the ideal place to enjoy a lunch, a dinner or an aperitif. In new culinary proposal, a section is dedicated to seafood specialties, with sea bass carpaccio, tuna, red shrimp and salmon, to which are added oysters and caviar, the latter served with buckwheat blinis and sour cream with chives. The scent of the sea is told through ingredients to be enjoyed in all their natural flavor.

There is no shortage of proposals in the name of Italian style on the menu with an eye to tradition interpreted with a contemporary hand byExecutive Chef Francesco Mascheroni. Every day from 11 am to 11 pm, guests can choose from a wide variety of dishes including the Mezzo pacchero di Gragnano “Pastificio Gentile” with cherry tomato sauce, veal Milanese, puffed potatoes, oregano from Pantelleria, barbecue sauce or cockerel marinated with miso, sesame and pak choi.

And this summer is dedicated to rosé, the perfect companion for convivial occasions. Rosé lovers can enjoy it by the glass three of the best rosé labels present in paper or a signature cocktail. The card proposes Laurent-Perrier Rosé Champagne, fresh and soft, with notes of citrus, white fruits and toast, perfect with oysters and marinated raw fish. Or from one of the best wineries in Provence, Eternelle Favorite-Cru classé, Château de Saint-Martin, Cotes de Provence, a world-famous, award-winning wine, very pleasant and enjoyable from the very first sip. A rich aromatic bouquet with notes of wild strawberries, a hint of cherry, pink grapefruit, peach, honey and a touch of citrus. Finally, a return to Italy with Looks of the Earth, Valtenesi, Chiaretto, Lake Garda the result of the synthesis between the lake’s winemaking tradition and the most modern winemaking techniques. Complex and intense, with fruity and floral notes, it stands out for its marked sapidity and a light almond aftertaste. For those who prefer a rosé-based drink to wine, the menu offers Raspberry Blush with Valentino Rosè brut, Vodka, Sambuco, Lychee, Raspberry Ice.
The live Dj Set also returns from Wednesday to Saturday from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm that will accompany guests during their evenings.
