Argentina’s justice this Friday (30) indicted young Nicolás Carrizo and Agustina Díaz as “secondary participants” in the common plan with the other two detained in the attack, to kill Vice President Cristina Kirchner on September 1.

Federal judge María Eugenia Capuchetti ordered the preventive detention of these individuals, as she did with the other indicted, Fernando Sabag Montiel and his girlfriend, Brenda Uliarte, who are accused of “co-authoring” the attack.

Agustina Díaz, 21, a friend of Uliarte’s, is accused of having participated “by providing her agreement and cooperation” in planning the attack. Nicolás Carrizo, 27, known as the head of the “band of cops”, a group to which the Brazilian and his girlfriend also belonged, is accused of “actively” intervening in the planning of the attack, providing a firearm that was not used.
