The identification of the body was given just one day before “Paty’s” birthday.

The woman, also a climber, was part of the expedition in which her sister lost her life.

Almost a year later, his family from the province of Tucuman he returned to the mountain with the aim of finding his body, but was unsuccessful.
Although her brothers were able to identify her at the morgue, they underwent studies of dna required by the judicial authorities of San Juan as a previous step to deliver the body of the climber.
Paty’s brothers told the press that the young woman’s ashes will be scattered in the Mercedarian.
