On January 18, 2021, it was six years since the prosecutor Alberto Nisman was found dead by a gunshot to the head in the bathroom of his apartment.
From that moment on, the two possible hypotheses were considered: murder or suicide. Even from the highest positions in the government contradictions also arose. On some occasion, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner spoke of “suicide that was not suicide” and the current president, Alberto Fernández, also affirmed it: “To this day, I doubt that he has committed suicide.”
The hypothesis of the motive is that they killed him for his work as a prosecutor, whose last and resounding measure had been to denounce former president Cristina Kirchner and part of her government for covering up the Iranians accused of blowing up the AMIA. The complaint was filed on Wednesday, January 14 2015. On Sunday the 18th he was dead.
After an autopsy, a medical board and a crime board could not determine with certainty whether it was a suicide or a homicide. Finally, a Gendarmerie expert reached a final conclusion: it was a crime. Four of the custodians of Nisman and Diego Lagomarsino are being processed in the case, as a necessary participant. The authors of that crime are missing.
Meanwhile, the Jewish community in particular and Argentine society in general they are not sure who or who the authors were of the murder. A nation’s prosecutor investigating the country’s highest authorities appears dead and six years later there is not a single detainee.

A few days ago, Oral Court No. 3 acquitted Carlos Telleldín on the grounds that there are no elements that the former reducer was part of a terrorist cell. Nor that he had known that the fate of the Trafic truck he sold was to crash into the Pasteur 633 front; in the worst attack in the history of our country.
Neither the attack on the AMIA (1994) nor that of the Israeli embassy in Argentina (1992) they have the culprits arrested. All the hypotheses lead to the fact that Hezbollah terrorist cells financed by Iran were responsible for the attacks, but for Argentina there are no culprits. Neither from outside nor from within the country. As with the death of prosecutor Alberto Nisman.
While in the rest of the world they solve attacks or criminal acts in a matter of hours or days (Charlie Hebdo, Twin Towers in the United States, Atocha, terrorist attacks in Israel, Nice, Barcelona, among others), in Argentina the three most important of its history have no concrete resolution.

The attack on the Asociación Mutual Israelita Argentina (AMIA) in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires took place on Monday, July 18, 1994.
Every January of these six that happened after his death, a series of attacks are triggered that want to question what the official Gendarmerie expertise leaves no room for doubt. It was murder.
All that remains is to stop the real author and the intellectual. Unfortunately, we do not believe this will happen. There will be no detainees. Nor will there be any for the perpetrators of the attacks on the embassy and the AMIA. No matter how many marches, claims, books, conferences or commemorative events.
There will be no detainees, there will be no guilty and there will be no responsible. But you have to be careful. Impunity invites us to repeat history. And as the Spanish philosopher Jorge Ruiz de Santayana said and thus appears on door 4 of the entrance of Auschwitz: “Whoever forgets his story is condemned to repeat it”.

“Change a system so that someone does not go to prison”

Amado Boudou in the courts of Comodoro Py. Photo: David Fernández.
Kirchnerism continues with its own agenda juggling so that the current Vice President does not end up as her previous Vice President. To pretend to change an entire judicial system so that someone does not go to prison is to pretend to saw off an old tree to obtain only a toothpick. The cost is unjustifiable.
The thing would be fixed, and costs would be lowered, preventing people with unresolved criminal cases from accessing the highest magistrates.
And if not, I would like to tell Vice that her words “find another job” also apply to her.

On the agreements with China and Russia

For decades, in various marches, a group of protesters dedicated themselves to break and burn everything related to the United States. Even classical Peronism itself busied itself in attacking him in many ways, including seizing cutting-edge technological material from secret communications.
All because the northern empire is abusive and tries to keep our national wealth.
Today, the two other empires, the Russian and the Chinese, have or will have Argentine territory in use for 50 years or more. Areas where Russian or Chinese laws reign or will reign.
Even the deputies to make a visit have to ask permission. If that is not handing over of territory and abuse of dominant positions by those two empires, tell me what it is, reader.

“It is time for them to leave the privileges”

Session in the Chamber of Deputies of the Nation. Photo: Juan Manuel Foglia.
Let not one remain. With these words I am not saying that they all leave. What I want to express is my disappointment, impotence, anger and many things, but the page would not reach me.
I have all these feelings towards the political caste. I use that term because it would seem that we were living in medieval times. We pay tribute to bank them. Why so many privileges? Why do we keep allowing it?
They, as if nothing and the people increasingly poor. From the President to the secretaries and undersecretaries, from the senators to the deputies, to the last official of the whole country they have to lower their salary.
Who are they to determine how much I have to earn. They are not essential. Those who do are teachers, doctors and security personnel.
I cannot sit idly by because if I do I am an accomplice of these people who are there for us. It is time to give up privilege and be accountable.
I write this and I have anguish for my children. I want to leave you a country with values and respect for the other. I’m not going to lower my arms for them.
I want to propose to all of Argentina to make a casserole at the door or on the balcony of your house every day at nine at night, as we did before to honor the doctors, which is also a way of doing it. This they have heard in all cities, neighborhoods, towns and squares.
Greetings from one more citizen, one more teacher, one more mother.

Ask to enforce traffic laws

The reader asks that the police also wear seat belts. Photo: Guillermo Rodríguez Adami.
It is very important that the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires arbitrate the necessary means for the City police to use the seatbelt in patrol cars. This will prevent damage to the health of the police and they will reduce the costs that we citizens must pay. They should not make excuses.
In addition, the City must enforce the traffic law of bicycle users since it is common to see that they go the wrong way, do not respect the traffic lights and / or circulate on the sidewalks.
These two anomalies and non-compliance with the laws, which a large number of citizens, no police, and not even the Government itself respect or do anything to comply with the laws, cause great risks to the health of all of us.
