In 2021, housing in new buildings in the Moscow district of Sokolinaya Gora increased in price by 72 percent, informs RBC with reference to Est-a-Tet data. Agency experts have identified locations in the capital with rapidly rising prices for apartments in buildings under construction.
According to them, the ranking is topped by the Sokolinaya Gora region, where the price per square meter has risen by 72 percent over the year. In second place is Orekhovo-Borisovo Yuzhnoye (plus 60 percent per year). Babushkinsky district closes the top three (plus 56 percent). Housing in Mitino, Rostokino, Sviblovo, Maryina Roshcha, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, Savelovsky district and in Nagatino-Sadovniki also noticeably increased in price.
In general, at the end of the year, the price for square meters in Moscow new buildings rose by 32 percent, to 325 thousand rubles (including comfort and business class projects).
