Different preparations to make soup
For making soups, there are various basic preparations that you can use to make a tasty soup, according to the cook. For example, if you want to make clear, thick soups or pureed soups, it is useful to understand the basic preparation. “It’s not very complicated, but it’s too long to cover everything in this section. That’s why I’m going to show you an easy way to make different pureed vegetable soups with ingredients you have left over.”
Everyone has leftovers after cooking. “Often ingredients remain after a few days of cooking. Resolve to never throw those ingredients away, but always make a soup out of them. You will be amazed at the nice results that come out of that.”
Beuk previously explained how making stock works. In addition, leftovers also play a major role. Beuk: ,,A stock is the basis that you must have on hand if you want to make soups quickly and easily. You can make your own broth and store it in the freezer until you make a delicious soup with all the ingredients you have left over this week.”
Use the vegetables that you want, add cream, milk or a knob of butter, herbs and spices that you like and puree. A stick blender or a good blender makes everything much easier. ,,In the video I show you very easily how you can do that. Have fun cooking and enjoy your meal!”
