From eleven o’clock this morning, complaints were received from people who were unable to use internet banking on the Allestoringen.nl website. It is not clear what the cause was. According to the ING spokeswoman, the malfunction has now been resolved. “There was a varying availability of our online services from eleven o’clock this morning. The outage appears to have been resolved at around 10:45 AM. We are of course keeping a close eye on it,” she said.
Earlier this week there were also problems at ING. As a result of that outage, some customers were unable to log in for hours. For example, they could not check their bank balance or debits and payments via iDeal were not possible.
The Mijn ING app and the bank’s website have already experienced several major disruptions this year.
