According to the immunologist-allergist Vladimir Bolibok, repeated cases of coronavirus are possible if there are factors that worsen the functioning of the immune system, for example, cancer or taking immunosuppressants.
The immunologist noted that people who have recovered from COVID-19 remain immune to the disease for a long time. At the same time, re-infection is almost impossible if the person does not have problems with immunity.
