Kursk head Smirnov: a man posing as a military man was detained by BARS fighters
Soldiers of the BARS detachment and soldiers of the Armed Forces identified a man posing as a military man in the Rylsky region of the Kursk region attacked by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The head of the region, Alexey Smirnov, announced the detention of the impostor in Telegram.
According to Smirnov, the fraudster was detained. After the arrest, the military discovered that he was wanted.
“He was handed over to the police for further investigation. Thanks to our defenders for their teamwork and dedication to their work!” — the official wrote in a blog.
Earlier it was reported about the detention in Stary Oskol of swindlers posing as Akhmat fighters and collecting donations from Russians. Volunteers managed to track them down, who then called the real Akhmat special forces from Belgorod.
