In Lipetsk, the first auction for the integrated development of the territory near the railway station was held. The contract with the developer will be signed at the end of September.
We are talking about a quarter within the boundaries of Nesterov, Gagarin, Kachalov streets and Popov lane. There are 22 houses on the territory, five of which are recognized as emergency. The developer will assume obligations for the resettlement of residents, writes GOROD48. Residents of another 17 small apartment buildings that are not included in the resettlement program, the contractor will offer resettlement options.
A new microdistrict with social infrastructure will be built on the site of the old housing stock. In particular, a kindergarten for 150 children will be built near residential buildings. It is also planned to update intra-quarter engineering networks. The development project for the 4.5-hectare block will be implemented in ten years.

First of all, the developer needs to prepare a planning project, on the basis of which the further development of the quarter will take place, and by the end of 2023, resettle houses recognized as emergency, ”quotes LipetskMedia Chairman of the Department of Urban Planning Svetlana Surmiy.
Residents of houses that are not recognized as emergency have the right to leave the KRT. To do this, it is necessary to hold a general meeting of owners and fix the corresponding decision by at least a third of the votes.
In the future, the mayor’s office intends to implement the CRT program in the areas of Spirtozavodskaya, Radiatornaya, Kalinin, Ushinsky, Franko and Kurako streets. The total renovation area will be about 20 hectares.
