His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, was briefed on the programs, strategy, objectives and projects of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for the next fifty years, in line with the vision and directions of the UAE government, in addition to the Ministry’s work plans in the emirate and its projects in the energy sector, and the Ministry’s efforts to Use of clean energy and sustainability.
This came when His Highness received, in his office at the Ruler’s Court yesterday, a delegation from the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, headed by Engineer Sherif Al Olama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for Energy and Petroleum Affairs.
His Highness and the audience listened to Sharif Al Olama for a detailed explanation of the future plans and projects of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in order to develop and implement the latest standards of rationalization of energy and water consumption, through the development of initiatives that support the economy and maintain a sustainable environment, in addition to the great technological development witnessed by the Ministry in the fields of All energy, and to the investment opportunities available in the sectors related to energy in all its forms.
His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi stressed, during the meeting, the importance of benefiting from modern technology and technology to enhance the energy sector, modernize infrastructure, and apply the latest standards for rationalizing energy and water consumption, which is a main pillar for achieving development goals in the UAE and ensuring stable economic growth and the continuation of the country’s progress. Civilization and development during its journey towards the next fifty years, in order to maintain a sustainable environment, in line with the directions of the UAE in drawing up national strategies for development and providing an integrated infrastructure.
His Highness also focused on the need to benefit from clean and renewable energy during the coming period, whose importance lies as a clean source of energy and sustainable sources, reduce global warming, and are characterized by the stability of its prices and other benefits.
For his part, Eng. Sharif Al Olama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for Energy and Petroleum Affairs, expressed his happiness to meet the Crown Prince of Ajman. He thanked and appreciated the attention and guidance he received, stressing that His Highness’ directives will motivate further development, hard work and dedication in order to achieve the ambitions of the leadership. .
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, President of the Ruler’s Court, Sheikh Humaid bin Ammar Al Nuaimi, Sheikh Abdullah bin Majid Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Citizens’ Affairs Office, Youssef Muhammad Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Protocol Department, and from the Ministry: Yousef Al Ali, Assistant Undersecretary for Electricity, Water and Energy Affairs Al-Mustaqbal, Ahmed Mohammed Al-Kaabi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Petroleum, Gas and Mineral Resources Sector, and a number of senior officials.
