American political scientist assessed the likelihood of sending Russian troops to Ukraine

American political scientist Bruce Marks, in a conversation with Izvestia, considered it unlikely that Russian troops would be sent to Ukraine.

“I find it unlikely that Russia will send troops across the border to Ukraine.
