“Ukraine already has our military,” he said in an interview with the TV channel. The politician also noted that it is strategically important for the United States to provide Ukraine with intelligence and lethal weapons.
Earlier in November, American politicians called on President Joe Biden to deploy a United States presence in the Black Sea to provide military support to Kiev and protect Ukraine. In a corresponding letter sent to the head of state, they referred to satellite images recently published by the Washington Post and Politico, which allegedly depict Russian tanks deployed to the border with Ukraine.
