America and Cali will play a classic for the Independence of the United States

This Thursday, after the elimination in the first phase of the Copa Sudamericana, América de Cali announced that it will play a new classic against Deportivo Cali, in a friendly match that will take place on July 2, in the city of Daytona (Florida), in the United States.

The game between the teams from Cali will be part of the ‘Daytona Soccer Fest’, an event that will be held to celebrate the independence of the United States. For this year, the patriotic commemoration will have professional football matches. So far, the only game announced is that of America and Cali. From what has been known, the organization will adapt the Daytona 500 racetrack to be the scene of the commitments.

Tickets per day start at $99 US dollars, about 400.00 Colombian pesos. Those who acquire them will be able to attend the rest of the festival events.
