The intelligent personal assistant developed by Amazon has registered numerous problems, especially after 11:00 p.m., as reflected on the aforementioned website, where the peak of reports exceeds 1,500.

Alexa is the voice-controlled virtual voice assistant created by Amazon, initially launched in November 2014 in the United States, where it arrived alongside its line of Echo smart speakers. Its operation is similar to that of other assistants, such as Siri, Cortana or Google Assistant.
