For the second leg, at the colossal Estadio Azteca, they imposed conditions and beat the Azulcremas 3-1, here with goals from Mauro Boselli, Ignacio González and Edwin Hernández, while the discount goal was an own goal by Nacho González.
In the Clausura 2014, the Panzas Verdes qualified eighth in the Liguilla and eliminated Cruz Azul and Toluca on their way to the Grand Final.
